Windows 11 Unable to change the font in envelopes. Always stays in either Curls MT, Gigi, or Chiller font. Not in Arial in which I set it for.

Unable to change the font in in MS Word for envelopes. Always stays in either Curls MT, Gigi, or Chiller font. Not in Arial in which I set it for. I keep setting Arial in default, but always goes back. Tried using a template too. Frustrating!
