Windows 10 Unable to change time, date and timezone.

Awhile ago my time got changed for some unknown reason causing it to be an hour behind. since then its changed to now being AM instead of PM from what my time used to be. unsure how long its been for that but its starting to affect many thing such as ordering food, ordering packages, etc. no idea how to fix it and would really like to now how it could be fixed. Can't even change the time zone either as its greyed out. if anyone knows a fix pleas let me know. thanks.
