Windows 11 Unable to change Windows PIN or add different ways to unlock my laptop.

Hi friends, I don't know why I am unable to change my Windows PIN or add other methods to unlock my HP laptop. Currently I can unlock my laptop via face ID, but I am worried that if one day that doesn't work, I have no way of unlocking my laptop.
