Windows 11 Unable to click anything.

Recently I just stopped being able to click anything. My mouse is working fine and so is my track pad, so I don't think its a hardware issue. My mouse drivers are up to date and I even performed a hard reset on my computer along with creating a new user. I've also noticed I am unable to download anything, my disk and network usage shows 0% in task manager. (Maybe it has something to do with the clicking?)
