Windows 11 Unable to complete Windows 11 update on Surface Pro 6

Here is the issue. My Surface Pro 6 will not complete and install the following update and the error message is listed below.2024-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044380)Install error - 0x80070002I have been on the phone with Microsoft reps for over 12 hours and still have not had success. I'm about to see if I need to take it to Geek Squad or the like. 2 different Microsoft reps wanted to execute 2 different actions. First, a rep wanted to "image' my system (or something) and do a "factory reset". Secondly, a rep wanted to "erase" the system.T
