Windows 10 Unable to connect to any website using WPA2 on windows 10

So, I am unable to connect to my wifi through my broadband router. I tried many things , including router hard reset multiple times. I am able to connect using my mobile hotspot(which uses WPA3) but not through my broadband router through wifi or LAN. I am using WPA2(AES) protocol in my routerBasically, all sites are getting blocked , in the browser extreme left where the security lock should be I can see upon clicking the information icon 'your connection to this site is not secure'. I am getting the same message for all sites including https ones, and also for any and every site including
