I cannot get Blizzards Battle Net application to allow me to connect online. I have followed all of their steps in trying to fix this including uninstalling anti-virus, VPN software, resetting my network options through every conceivable avenue and nothing has changed at all. The network I'm connected to doesn't change anything either. They said that my MSInfo file has an alarming amount of errors and I'm not sure how I would begin to fix those. If it helps any I have an unactivated version of Windows 10 because I cannot afford to buy a copy of Windows 10 and will not be able to for the foreseeable future.
I have followed every amount of information I can possibly find in regards to network troubleshooting in Microsofts help section on here. I am posting here because I literally have no clue who to go to next. I can't call Microsofts support or even trouble shoot this in my own time as I have a very busy schedule with 12 hour work days during the week and on weekends I have been having stuff come up that I planned for 6 months prior so fulfilling my obligations is quite necessary. It's a very busy time and I really hope someone here can help because I'm at a loss for what to do.
This issue started completely out of nowhere for seemingly no reason. I have been playing games using Battle Net on this PC for quite a few years at this point. This happened one night after I got home from the movies on September 25th 2018. Discord was updating continuously and wouldn't let me use it at all which was very weird, again I'd had no issue for years up to this point. I then tried starting Overwatch and Battle Net wouldn't let me connect stating the error code "BLZBNTBGS80000011" stating that it is an error connecting to the Battle Net servers as a whole. I had done nothing new to the computer or anything new to the files aside from reinstalling one game through Steam. I was on my college network at the time however I had been playing Overwatch on it for a while so this issue to me is still without cause especially since taking my PC home with me this weekend had changed absolutely nothing.
The most I have gotten in terms of help has been Blizzard Tech Support saying that there are an "alarming amount of errors" for Windows right now. I have uploaded my MSInfo file for anyone to look at if it helps. I'll take any help and input I can get at this point. I have tried uninstalling various software, I have tried resetting my network on every level that I can, I have flushed my DNS cache. Nothing has helped my issue in any noticeable way.
