Windows 10 Unable to Contact Customer Support for Other Issue

When attempting to enter Microsfots website from any angle I get "Access Denied You don't have permission to access" followed by their contact link and a string of random text as seen below. I've tried different browsers, incognito mode, and clearing cache/cookies. Any ideas?
