Windows 10 Unable to create a installation USB for either Windows 10 or 11.

I have been trying to create installation media for either Windows 10 or 11 on a fresh 32 GB USB Stick. I download the needed media creation tool and run it, It downloads the needed files but then when creating the actual installation media I keep getting 'We need more space. Remove files you no longer need or use Disk Cleanup to free up space and try again.' this seems to happen around the 50% mark of creating the Installation media.
