Hi,
Day before yesterday, for creating bootable flash drive thru Microsoft chat representative I was asked to download netframework tool on my Lenovo Laptop having Windows 10 Home OS.
There are 2 new folders named MS Build & Reference Assemblies created in the program files of C drive on account of downloading netframework tool.
I am unable to delete the above folders.
I took the help of Microsoft Chat representative for it by giving remote support, still the problem remains the same.
1. Following message appears on screen while deleting the folder named MS Build:
Folder Access Denied
You need permission to perform this action
You require permission from SYSTEM to make changes to this folder.
2. Following message appears on screen while deleting the folder named Reference Assemblies:
Folder Access Denied
You need permission to perform this action
You require permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this folder.
Please provide me the required support enabling me to delete these folders.
Thanks and regards
Raju
