Windows 10 Unable to download HP Smart on the Microsoft Store

HP tell me that I have to install the HP Smart app to scan, but every time I click ont he link it takes me to the MS Store, and when I dont see "Get" option. Windows 10, up to date with updates. Any suggestions?
