I have been trying to download the latest x64 version of Visual C++ on my surfacebook 2, but I keep getting the same error message. I downloaded the file from this page: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads. The message says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi' in the box below." I updated windows 11 and uninstalled previous versions of Visual C++ but have been unable to res
