When I last checked for updates on my laptop the response was that Windows 11, 23H2 was available and I selected it. The downlload got ot about 8% and I got a failed message with a failure code. I spent the next 2 hours or so trying to resolve the problem. After no success I went online and researched the problem only to disover that the undate could not be executed because of technical problems on Microsoft's end until the 2nd or third week of November. Why in heaven's name was the update released when it can not be installed. The time I spent should be chargable against Microsoft at my regul
