Windows 11 Unable to enable Memory Integrity in Windows 11 because of "wcmvcam64.sys" driver.

I have been trying to enable my Memory Integrity since 2 days. It was saying that i have some incompatible drivers. Out of the four drivers , I managed to delete 3 of them using Command Prompt and Power Shell. But there is one last driver that is named "wcmvcam64.sys". This is all I have tried to resolve the issue : 1) I located it in "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\wcmvcam64.sys" but no matter how hard I try , i cannot delete it.2) It is saying that the file is open in some other program and cannot be deleted.3) I tried to update this driver in Device manager but cannot find it there.4) I us
