Windows 11 unable to enable secure boot on windows 11

If I enable secure boot in my BIOS, then when I try to start my pc up again then it starts automatic repair. So far hasn't searching online helped in any way.My CPU is i7 9700Motherboard is Asus Prime Z390-a
