Windows 11 Unable to Extend C Drive Volume

Since my C drive is almost out of space, I’d like to merge my D drive with my C drive.Current setup:- C drive: Healthy (Boot, Crash Dump, Basic Data Partition)- D drive: Healthy (Page File, Basic Data Partition)Here’s what I’ve tried so far:I attempted to delete the volume of the D drive, but the “Delete Volume” option is disabled.Then I shrinked the volume of D drive to allocate space for C drive, but the extend volume option in C drive is still disableThis is a screenshot of my Disk ManagementHow can I do to enable these options or are there any other ways to extend the volume of my C drive.
