Dear Team,,

I am using Lenovo-Flex 14 laptop with Windows 10 and having very hard time to connect to internet as its doesn't show option to connect to any of the available Wi-Fi networks which I can see though other laptop / devices.

Moreover, I can only see 'Bluetooth Network Connection' icon, however there is no option of Wi-Fi or Ethernet in 'Network and Internet' --> ' Change Adapter option'.

I have already tried all possible options listed in below link as well as many other links for similar issue.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4023503/surface-wi-fi-settings-are-missing

1. Ran the Windows network troubleshooter

2. Device Manager - Network adapter setting ( can't see Ethernet / Wi-Fi adapters here)

3. Reset Windows -10

None of the solutions are working and wondering how can this be fixed as it was working fine couple of week's back.

Request you to look into this issue and provide fix ASAP.

Regards,

Prashant
