Windows 11 Unable to fix broken Windows 11 App Installer

If I try to install the Windows Package Manager, I get the following error meaningless error message: The Desktop Installer is the culprit, and I cannot install anything with the MSIXBUNDLE extension. I tried to manually (re)install the Desktop Installer in the Power Shell and got this:I even performed an In-place installation of Windows but it did not change anything. I have the absolute latest version of Windows 11. All these error messages are way over my head and downright frustrating. Does anybody have a clue? ***** moved form german to english Community *****
