Windows 10 Unable to install updates on my Windows 10 PC

Hi,Problem:I am unable to install updates on my Windows 10 PC. It usually gets stuck at 20% complete with the install, before showing this screen:Troubleshooting steps that I have tried (and didn't work):I have tried installing .NET Framework 3.5I have tried running the commands 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth' and 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth'I have tried stopping and starting the Windows Update service, as well as deleting the SoftwareDistribution folderI have tried running sfc /scannow and no corrupted files were foundI have tried running chkdsk and no corrupted file
