Windows 11 Unable to launch Windows Security

For the past 2 days I have been unable to launch Windows Security on my Windows 11 PC. I've tried multiple PowerShell commands that were suggested from other posts, reset my PC 3 times, and looked at the Services app to see if I could fix anything, but it still does not work. Below is the message I get when trying to open Windows Security
