I added a payment method to subscribe to one app on my windows 11 PC. But it said the payment failed and to contact my bank for more details. Five minutes later I get an sms from my bank saying Microsoft took 8 EP from my account (no service provided in exchange). So I wanted to delete my card details to prevent such scams in the future , and every time I try logging in to my Microsoft account page the page keeps refreshing, after many intents I learned to hit the x button (stop downloading) once the webpage is visible .. I go to payment methods , choose management for my card and the webpage
