Windows 11 Unable To Network Share two HP laptops

I have come for some assistance with an issue that I am getting stumped on.I have optimum internet 400mb speed and I have two laptops1) Hp Omen 17.3" gaming laptop 2) Hp NotebookBoth of them are connected on the same WIFI NetworkI have turned on network and file sharing on both systems.I also have Norton 360 as an antivirus software program.I have gone into my Norton 360 software and trusted my HP notebook via Mac Address, - now My Hp Notebook can see my HP omen laptop however it is asking for network credentials and I've entered everything and nothing is working.My issue is when I'm on my HP
