Windows 11 Unable to Open Security

Just did a reset. Now I'm unable to open the Security page.Windows 11 is telling me:PAGE NOT AVAILABLE. Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app...Never happened before.I am the administrator and the only user on this machine.James
