Windows 11 Unable to reduce Hardware reserve memory, it has consumed all of my 32GB RAM!! Help

On my Lenovo Ideapad 3 laptop, there is 4GB onboard RAM, in addition in the single RAM expansion slot I have a 32GB DDR4 RAM chip.Of late there is 32.6GB as hardware reserve as seen on the memory tab of Performance Monitor.Using msconfig>selective startup>Boot>Advanced options...>maximum memory is checked by default showing 0I have unchecked the Maximum memory and tried setting it to less like 8GB yet it does not sustain, after it restarts it again goes back to taking 32.6GB as hardware reserve.I have tried exploring if I can reduce the iGPU RAM in BIOS also, but there is no settin
