Windows 11 Unable to run applications in administrator mode on insider build.

I am unable to run applications in administrator mode on insider beta build 22635.4005 ni_release.When I attempt to run any application in admin mode I get the following message.I am however still able to run the applications without admin mode.Is there any fix for this?
