Windows 11 Unable to run Windows on Parallels and unable to request a refund on order history.

This is a problem I have spent hours on. I run Parallels on my Macbook Air and previously had windows 10 running. at a recent Parallels upgrade Windows 10 was no longer supported so I ran an update for Windows 11 Pro assuming the license would roll over. I was wrong. Eventually I decided to buy a license key for Windows 11 Home but despite trying to regrade the Pro Installation to Home (Repair file and Installation assistant) I failed and the license key for Home will not activate the Pro installation. Now I've bought a license doe Windows 11 and I am waiting for that to arrive which hopefully
