Windows 11 Unable to save the change in BIOS even after changing the battery

I am currently experiencing an issue with my PC. When I start it, a message appears indicating a hardware change. After a few seconds, it boots up normally. However, all the changes I made in the BIOS are lost. The PC works fine even after restarting, with no problems. But if I shut down the PC and turn it back on after several hours (around 8 or 9 hours), the same hardware change message appears again, even though I did not make any changes.I initially thought the battery might be the problem, so I replaced it twice.
