Windows 11 Unable to Screen Record

I've been getting an error message whenever I try to screen record using the Xbox Gamebar. Error 0x82323071.I do not believe the problem is with the gamebar itself. I tried using the NVIDIA GeForce Experience screen recorder as well and the video it produces is blurred mess. As if the screen is melting downwards. Although, normal screenshots work just fine. (I tried inserting a screenshot into this textbox right here to show the "screen melt," but this website is giving me an error and won't let me.)I have Lenovo Legion 5 Laptop with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics CPU, NVIDIA GeForc
