Windows 11 Unable to start the application (0xc000007b)

I have been constantly getting this error -“ Unable to start the application (0xc000007b). I have already tried rebooting Windows, updating the .Net framework, running the program as an administrator, reinstalling the app or game, or re-installing DirectX. I have also tried reinstalling Visual C++ and reinstalling the software but still getting the same error. Please help !!
