Windows 11 unable to up date to window 11. my CPU is listed in approved list of CPU .Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.60 GHz

I have Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.60 GHz processsor, but unable to update to window 11 and it shows that it is not supported for upgrade. it is there in supported list of CPU . please help.
