I've been having this problem on a PC in my household for a while now, though it's gone under the radar as driver and quality updates install normally. The system now constantly says "Your system is missing important security and quality fixes" in Windows Update, but gives no option to install any. Apparently this PC has been quietly failing feature updates for several years, but it's also installing them in a very odd order. 1903 installed in 08/19, then no feature updates were attempted until 08/20 (2004), 09/20 (2004), 10/20 (2004), and then suddenly 1909 was installed successfully in Novem
