Windows 10 Unable to update or re-install Windows 10 new version

Hi,I have been struggling to update my current Windows 10 version (1909) to the either the newer version 20H2 or 21H1. The Windows updated simply give an error "Last failed install attempt on ‎2021/‎09/‎14 - 0x80070005".I have attempted all the possible fixes as noted on the Microsoft Forums that I could find (including System File checker, Dsk Checker etc), and have also attempted to do a clean install from an ISO. This in turn gives me an error code 0XC1900101-0X30017. I have removed all peripherals and also uninstalled my Norton Antivirus - with no success.I did have a look at the logfile m
