Windows 10 Unable to update past windows version 1909, error "0xc1900204"

As the title says, my computer is refusing to update past version 1909 to version 20H2 or 22H2, I've tried already to use the windows 10 upgrader from: Download Windows 10 however it wont let me keep my files, the options are all greyed out except just wiping the computer. I've tried other solutions from this post:Redirecting don't want to wipe my computer, what can I do?
