Windows 11 Unable to upgrade to Windows 11

I use the in-place upgrade method with the ISO file to upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Windows 11 Home in a HP 240 G8 notebook computer with no modification. The computer is checked with PC Health Check before upgrading, and the computer meets the requirement.
