Windows 11 Unable to upgrade your edition

Hello, I have a problem with upgrading my windows version from Windows Home Edition to Windows Pro Edition.I'm not sure what's the problem, but it says:"We can't upgrade your edition of Windows. Try upgrading your edition of Windows again. (0x8007371b)".I tried different ways of solving this problem, but no go.
