Windows 11 Unable to use Google Chrome after Windows update (KB5017264 and KB5018410)

Hi,My laptop restarted and performed the following two updates (KB5017264 and KB5018410). After which, i am not able to open my chrome browser.There is no error message. The browser just does not open.If I simply remove the two updates and restart my laptop, google chrome starts to work again.
