Windows 11 Unable to use mobile hotspot option on laptop

I was using the laptop as hotspot for many days, but after a recent windows update I am unable to turn the hotspot on. I even tried checking the hosted network adapter and it is missing. Unable to find it on Windows site and also not able to install it using network adapters update drivers option. Please help.
