Windows 10 Unauthorized download occurring on this PC. I have never seen it before, stopped action. but what else to check?

Yesterday I witnessed an unauthorized download occurring on this PC, I stopped the download and have done a basic search around. What else should I do incase this has happened before. I have Malware running all normal safety settings seem to be ok, any help welcome.
