Windows 11 "Unblock Wireless Display Device" Not Working

Hello,I wanted to project my one laptop (Dell) display on to another laptop (HP). Both are running Windows 11 23H2. Previously I have done this and was working fine. Unfortunately I clicked on 'always block' instead of 'always allow' option when the notification came to "allow this device". I have already tried these things to unblock the Dell laptop on my HP laptop.1. Opening Wireless Display setting using Ctrl+S and removing the Dell laptop from Blocked Devices. It didn't work out.2. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the wireless display from Optional Features. Again it is not working.I am
