Windows 10 Under Personalization in Windows 10, when I right click an image for a background, it lists three of the same monitor. How do I fix this?

So, I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how to fix this problem. It worked before in which on my multi-monitor setup (I have a trio monitor setup), I was able to set the background for each monitor screen independently by setting it for Monitor 1, Monitor 2, and Monitor 3, or set for all of them. Over the past week or so, somehow this got changed. It could be the result of a recent update either on my video card's driver or some other Windows update installation.
