Windows 11 Undervolting with hypervisor / virtual machine for WSL2

Hi MS community,I'd like to undervolt my CPU while running CFD on a laptop. The reduction in core temperatures achievable with an undervolt improves performance by limiting or eliminating throttling. I have found that Windows 11 appears to restrict the ability of software like Intel's XTU or throttlestop from controlling core voltages.Can you please advise how this feature can be disabled, while retaining the hypervisor / virtual machine functions of windows? I require the latter as the CFD code runs on linux, which I have operating in WSL 2.
