Windows 10 Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap BSOD Windows 10

when i open VRCHAT and a few other games pc crashes with this BSOD, had this issue prior and solved by updating BIOS but no new update this time so i am here to try my luck, already tried restarts and GPU driver updates
