Windows 11 Unexpected user named "WsiAccoount" Created After I click Forget Password While Sign In to my windows 11 laptop

I'm having a strange issue with my Windows 11 laptop. It's not connected to the internet. When I tried to log in and clicked "Forget Password," a new user account called "WsiAccoount" was created unexpectedly. Now, it's asking for a password to access this new account.I haven't made any changes to my system settings. Does anyone know why this happened or how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there any security threat ?(Note : I enabled windows 11 insider program )
