Windows 11 Unhandled exception errors when running applications

I restored Windows 11 Pro back to a prior restore point, then reinstalled all the updates that had been uninstalled. I now have multiple problems. One I am getting is an unhandled exception error in several applications. When I click on ignore the application continues to run, although with some problems. What can I do to fix this.
