Windows 11 Unidentified network and switches to network randomly but still doesn’t work

I’m using Ethernet connected to the routerAnd Wi-Fi still works for wirelessMy pc has been having this problem for almost 3 weeks. Where it went unidentified network for a week then randomly goes to network internet access, but even though it says network internet access it still gives no internet. The internet I used to have had around 100 mbps.
