Windows 11 Uninstalled BlueMail and now a annoying pop up appear at every windows start

I have downloaded this email app Blue Mail on Microsoft Store then removed it but it started those annoying messages every time I start Windows. Someone can help me with this problem? I thought that Microsoft Store was safe for downloading applications but it looks like I was wrong.
