Windows 11 Unknown local user listed as SID that has security access to local disk (:C) and more. Need help identifying and if needed, how to remove it

Hello,I recently had my computer crash and restart. I went into the windows logs and found some unknown and very unusual logs that prompted me to farther search around for anomalies.One such anomaly is that I found is an unfamiliar local user account with admin security access on my local disk (C:). (Among other places)I am asking if anyone is familiar with this, can recognize it as malicious or standard, and if malicious, what I can do about it?
