Windows 10 Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Fail)

I facing this problem once update my Windows 10 Pro to Windows 10 Pro version 20H2 recently. I already try all method which found in the internet, but no success.


My laptop details as follows;

DELL Latitude E7470
