Windows 11 Unlink computers not working, keep coming back

Even after signing out and unlike account on Android "Link to Windows"the Linked computers keep coming back. Im finding a way to permanently delete all the linked computers on Android PhoneLogging into Microsoft account on a desktop windows browser shows a different set of computers (2 desktops) versus the android microsoft login showing 8 computers (4 desktop and 4 laptops) On Windows My Phone app on windows, we end up with a "couldn't connect to your mobile device" error when adding a phone to desktopI think permanently deleting all the link computers on the android "microsoft login" would s
