I had lost a windows 10 pro computer (surface book 2) , and used the capabilities on the microsoft website to lock the device. Later, I was able to get the computer back.
When I go to the computer, it's giving me the message I'd set on the MS web site. All good.
When I attempt to log in via windows hello, I get the message "an administrator had restricted sign in. To sign in, make sure your device is connected to the internet, and have your administrator sign in first.."
The only two options presented to me on sign in are face, and pin. No other account presented on the lock screen. No option to change users, or log in with my MS account username password.
Any way out of this short of a reinstall?
